Refund Policy

Refunds and Returns:

TEE Party does not offer exchanges or returns on any of our products sold. However, we pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and will work diligently to correct any issues on our end, as well as process any necessary refunds due to error.

Damages and issues:

In the event that an item is received defective, we will gladly offer a replacement or store credit in the value of the item, which can be used at a later date. Please note that oftentimes, packages are damaged or lost by the shipping carrier and in that case- an individual claim with the company should be filed directly- unless, shipping insurance is purchased with the order. We will process all damaged or loss orders with the shipping protection directly in house with a full replacement.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  

Issues must be reported within 10 days from the date item is receive. We also ask that you include clear photos of the items for review.
